This 376,000 sf office/retail building is the main component of the city’s new landmark mixed use development. Its H-shaped floor plan is designed to offer lease flexibility for single and multiple tenants, as well as to provide maximum building perimeter for natural lighting. The balcony library in the lobby introduces a dynamic dimension animating the building occupied by high tech companies. The green Venetian plaster accent wall brings contrasting color and rich texture to the warm inviting wood-paneled greeting space. All public spaces are finished with simple, high quality materials to present the building as a high value class-A office facility.
