This 376,000 sf office/retail building is the main component of the city’s new landmark mixed-use development. Its H-shaped floor plan was designed to offer lease flexibility for single and multiple tenants, as well as to provide maximum building perimeter for natural lighting. The building’s exterior wall panel system is designed as an integral part of the post-tension concrete structural system. This brings significant savings for construction time, cost and creates a unique architectural appearance. The public spaces finished with simple, high quality materials were designed to present the building as a high value class-A office facility.
