This project creates a residential community with 1068 units of 75,517 m2, and a community center of 10871 m2. The four mid-rise apartment neighborhoods are integrated with landscaped open spaces and children’s playgrounds. The center provides retail, banking, postal and child care facility. In addition, its science museum, library and entertainment facility establishes an urban node among the adjacent residential communities.
